Time and work saver

As a disabled person I have found cooking more and more difficult what a difference this makes. I can now enjoy cooking again so easy to use and so little to clear up as it's all done in one I've made a chicken and leek pot pie from the recipe book that comes with it and wow it was amazing which has now opened up a world of other pot pies to make. It is very heavy to lift the complete unit so best to find a good home and leave in place as for myself getting it in and out of a cupboard would not be possible. It is also quite tall so if your on the short side like me may be a slight issue, but could be put on a lower unit. The cleaning is a breeze as the quality ot the pot is fantastic. It is very quiet to use it surprised me you wouldn't know it was pressure cooking until you vent at the end. The overall performance so far is fantastic I made a lasagne from the recipe book that came with it today and again an amazing result, I definitely think it is value for money as the quality is brilliant. I love the colour looks really smart. I had almost given up on being able to cook for my family this has changed my life amazing

A great machine

I’ve had a Ninja 7.5L multi cooker for a few years now and it gets used every day. The only downside to the older design was a separate lid for pressure cooking which takes up space. When I saw this model on a Prime Day deal it looked too good to pass up. It’s a striking looking unit and the single lid for all cooking types is a big upgrade. As is the steam function which stops food drying out when air frying. However, there are a few things I miss from the old model: 1 - The noise - I don’t know if it’s louder than the old unit but the pitch is different which appears to make it louder. I can hear it throughout the downstairs area when it’s on bake/air fry. 2 - Lifting the lid is easier on the old model as the handle is better placed. Probably just muscle memory from the old machine, but the all in one lid is considerably heavier. 3 - This bundle didn’t come with a frying basket. Instead it came with a crisping plate which has still not been used as the first thing I did was buy another basket. Finally, will Ninja ever sell spare inner pots for the 7.7l models. I really would like a spare for slow cooking etc. as the pot tends to stain and scratch. I don’t mind a scratched pot for frying and baking in, but not for slow and pressure cooking. Still, it gets used more than ever other piece of kitchen equipment and is perfect for the two of us.

Beautiful looking machine that's not as scary as I thought

We got this machine in the prime sale as my husband had been wanting one forevee - but I'm of the opinion that we already had a microwave and an oven and a slow cooker and an air fryer so why waste money. I mostly didn't want it because it's just another machine to learn and it's always baffled me with all the different settings and lids (my mum has one). And I like simple easy things. However, this has actually been really easy to learn and I only caved because I saw there are now no extra lids to faff around with! Sliders to do different cooking options with a front screen to show you the different options. Also it comes with a very handy booklet giving you all the times for different foods and what cooking mode you do for it. The best bit for me has being able to make a slow cooked Thai chicken curry in half an hour with the pressure cooker setting Vs 4plus hours in a traditional slow cooker. The only minor thing I'm not keen on is having to keep taking out the giant pot and hand washing it every time so I'm looking out for some liners and pots to use for smaller liquid dishes as well. Anyway, we have found that some foods cook much faster and some fairly standard depending on which setting you choose and we still have a lot to learn with it but this is really a great all round machine - if you only have one cooking appliance then this could be it.

Easy to use, takes up less room due to smart lid

Bought to replace old OP500uk model which gave up after 5 years of daily use as we don't currently have a main oven. Loved our first one with the separate lids, this one is the newer version with the integrated smart lid, which is helpful to save space in our small kitchen. Initial thoughts after a couple of weeks usage is that it works perfectly, though we have only used the air fry and bake feature so far, and not yet the pressure cooker or steam functions. It's a great size for us, even though only 2 of us we like to make big batches of soup, stews, lentil curries etc. I will update when I use the other features. I really like the colour, and looks nice. Very easy to use and the new stainless steel pot I'd only recently purchased for the old model fits in this new one too.
